I’m so happy to announce that I am an ambassador for Climawear (www.climawear.com) a great brand which specialises in seamless activewear which is perfect for my favourite activity - Yoga.
What definitely caught my eye is how bright and colourful their clothing is, plus there is such a wide variety of styles to choose from, check out my favourites in the link below. The seamlessness means their clothing is also really comfy to wear and is made from the softest, stretchiest material too. I love the knit style material and how great everything fits. There’s matching sets (which I love) but the pieces also all mix and match together so well. : )
Here’s a few of my favourite Climawear pieces:

Wow so far this year I have been so busy I’ve never really had a chance to keep my blog up to date and March doesn’t look like it’s going to be any quieter as I already have lots of exciting things in my diary :)
But back to January and February for now and here’s a look at some of what I’ve been up to during the first two months of 2016:
(click on the headings for full galleries)
January Yoga Challenges:
Basic Yoga Wheel – perfect for learning lots of poses to practice with my new yoga wheels
Leotard Lovies – one which I hosted, focusing on celebrating femininity and, you guessed it, wearing leotards.
I’m excited to say that the Leotard Lovies will be back soon for round 2 :)
Arm Balance Resolution – great for reintroducing arm balances back into my practice
February Yoga Challenges:
Pincha Play – lots of different ways to ‘pincha’
Twinning Challenge – my first time twinning and I couldn’t have wished for a better twin than @kimterpstra1978
And not forgetting #StrongAndStretchyYogis – one of my own, I am overwhelmed with how many have joined in with me as we strengthen and stretch with some of my favourite yoga poses.
And also check out my Miscellaneous gallery with a selection of photos which don’t fit in any of the above challenge galleries but I wanted to share them all :)
This is a bit late but I couldn’t not mention how 2015 ended on a massive high with an awesome collaboration with Calvin Klein, yes Calvin Klein. I’ve always loved their iconic underwear so to receive 5 sets was a dream and I couldn’t wait to get some photos in them all.
Check out my gallery for all my photos here: Calvin Klein
I came up with the idea of merging a photo in each set together to create a montage of all 5 sets in one pic and decided on one of my favourite poses, a forearm stand / pincha. Set one was easy and I decided my favourite was the hollowback with one leg straight. Then the hard part, actually replicating this exact pose 5 times (I think I could have picked an easier variation!) but I think I managed to replicate it pretty well. What do you think?
I mostly yoga at home so these sets are perfect for me and the combination of crop top style bralette and bikini briefs/hipsters is great for yoga, they fit great and really are so comfy to wear and they look so good it seems a shame to cover them up, that being said I would recommend some sort of clothing on top if you’re planning to yoga anywhere else than your home!!!
Thank you so much Calvin Klein, I love #MyCalvins
Wow, this morning I woke up to see that I have 20,000 followers on Instagram.

2015 has been a great year. It's been my first full year on Instagram (@carolineanne92) which has given me some amazing opportunities. I first started yoga on Instagram towards the end of 2014, I'm not quite sure how I first came across the IG yoga community, I think I must of happened upon one of the yoga challenges hosted by @beachyogagirl and @kinoyoga (check them out for some awesome yoga inspiration and advice) and decided to give it a go as it appealed to my gymnastics background and soon I was hooked and a full blown 'Yogi'. When I first joined Instagram it wasn't for yoga at all, it was to enter a model search competition. During 2015 my modelling has definitely taken a turn towards yoga, where I feel I have found my niche, and I have had the opportunity to model for a whole range of companies from Instagram collaborations through to look book shoots, and have met some awesome people along the way. I want to give an extra thank you to Synergy Organic Clothing and GoYogi.dk who were the first people to choose to work with me and started off what's been the most amazing experience so far. I'm already looking forward to some more collaborations, modelling photo shoots and more to come in 2016 - watch this space!
Here's a look back at what has been an awesome year with my #2015bestnine
Last week my new baby pink and purple double cross back sports bra from Fit Rebel Apparel arrived which timed perfectly with the arrival of a new pink backdrop so of course I had to do a 'Pretty In/On Pink' photoshoot :)
Fit Rebel contacted me a few weeks ago asking if I would like to collaborate and seen as I have what feels like hundreds of pairs of leggings but hardly any tops to go with them I couldn't resist their strappy backed two tone sports bras which come in 5 different colours. Choosing my favourite was hard so I had a good look through my leggings draw (correct that draws!) and decided the pink and purple would go well with a few different pairs of my leggings.
I've said it before but I love strappy backs and this one has double cross over straps in 3 different colours. I also really like that this sports bra comes with additional pads which can be added or removed to suit yourself. It is described as providing 'full front coverage for a little modesty' and I would agree, it fitted perfectly and I never felt like I was going to 'fall out' of it and equally it doesn't feel too covered either.

Last week was a good week for new yoga gear with 3 parcels arriving. I never used to be one for online shopping but recently I can’t wait for the post to arrive to see what may be in it and it’s usually some awesome new yoga clothes. Also in the post last week was a new grey vinyl backdrop which was perfectly timed for my latest shoot which is my favourite type, combining yoga and modelling.
Here’s a look at some of my latest shots modelling and yoga-ing in my new clothing from
UpVibe, iamVibes and Kisaiya.
I received three new outfits from UpVibe Fitness Wear all featuring fancy cut-out details which are a favourite of mine. I always love strappy back details and you really couldn’t get more strappy than this ‘Diva’ top. Also how gorgeous are the Galaxy Print leggings which are just so bright and colourful my photographer was obsessed with capturing them.
My second outfit was this black mesh top and leggings set. I love the classic black made so much more with the mesh panels.
My final outfit was this red ‘Flower Jumpsuit’. I love all-in-ones and I am always told red suits me so this was a guaranteed winner.
Moving onto the second parcel to arrive which contained some stunning items from iamVibes. I love the ‘Mandala Alignment’ underwear set which is different from anything I already have so I was really looking forward to getting some photos in it.
I also love the black ‘Hamsa’ crop top which fits perfectly and will go equally well with everyday clothes as well as yoga gear. Today I teamed it with these bright pink leggings from Tescos
My final package of the week was from Kisaiya whose clothing is super comfy, super stretchy and seam free to “Keep You On The Go”. I wasn’t sure which way round the leggings were supposed to be worn but because they’re seam free it doesn’t matter so I wore then both ways. My boyfriend suggested that maybe the top could be worn both ways too and (unfortunately for him) it actually looked pretty good worn back to front ;)
That’s a rather long post and I have so many photos from this shoot I want to share so you can check them all out (including all the yoga ones) in my gallery here:
It’s been a year since I started yoga and it’s great to look back and see just how far I’ve come. My gymnastics background definitely gave me a head start when it came to starting yoga but there were, and still are, some poses which I find challenging. Here are a few asanas which I have recently cracked and a look back at my progress from when I took part in my first Instagram yoga challenge back in November 2014:
This all goes to show practice, practice, practice, makes perfect and to share a favourite quote of mine:
“The more you practice, the luckier you get”

Kapotasana Oct 2015 - catsuit by Burnt Soul Clothing
I’ve had this shoot idea for a while now, taking yoga pictures with ‘Quintessentially British’ items (think red phone box, post box etc), so I’ve been on the lookout for a red outfit to go with it. When I saw this matching red outfit at Legacy Sportswear I knew it would be perfect and I am really pleased they also liked my idea so all I had to do now was wait for it to arrive and find some red ‘props’ for the shoot.
When my new Legacy Sportswear outfit arrived it was an absolutely perfect pillar box red (you never can tell when looking online but the colour couldn’t have been better). I love the material this set is made from, it is lovely and thick and has a matte (rather than shiny) finish. It felt great and looked great (according to my photographer!). To go with my red outfit I’d also found the perfect matching shoes the previous day in a charity shop - sometimes everything just falls into place :)
So that was the first part of the picture sorted, now the hard part, finding a red phone box and post box that were still actually red. We headed off to a previous location my photographer had shot at a few years ago but when we arrived the phone box was more green with mould than red :(. We decided it wasn’t worth trying anything there so headed off to our next potential place. On the way between the two I saw a bit of red out the corner of my eye so shouted stop and we detoured down this side street where we found a pristine red phone box in a beautiful village setting :) :) :)
With the phone box done we next needed a post box. Another drive around but we couldn’t find a suitable one so headed home where we passed the local post office – thatched, whitewashed cottage with a traditional red post box outside = perfect
Thank you Legacy Sportswear for my stunning new outfit and the best bit is I have a discount code to share which gets you 10% some new gear for yourself – use CA10 at checkout :)
