March has been my busiest month so far with 5 different yoga challenges happening throughout the 31 days. Take a look at what I’ve been up to below and click on the #Hashtags for full galleries.
I hosted 3 challenges throughout the month:
#DetoxEquinox – 20 days of intense twists and bends leading up to the Spring Equinox.
#LeotardLovies 2 – part one went so well we couldn’t resist returning for round 2,
this time Werking It in Werkshop leotards.
#ShineAndBloom – a great finish to the month as we left winter and the cold behind and warmed up for spring with 12 days of fun poses,
including arm balances, backbends and inversions.
As well as these 3, I was flattered to be asked to be a special guest in the #FlexiStraps challenge with @arigador and @ainania_ainania, especially as I loved these two ladies first challenge with yoga wheels and this time the challenge focused on another great yoga prop – straps.

And as well as all of this, I decided to do even more yoga and take part in #MarchOnYourMat – I’m always on the lookout for pose ideas for when I shoot and this challenge gave me a whole list of yoga poses to use as my inspiration for the month.
